Adoption of Amendments to Master Plan Passes

The Croydon Planning Board presented and adopted the amended Master Plan at a duly noticed public hearing held on October 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Croydon Town Hall, 879 NH Route 10, Croydon, New Hampshire.

This adoption marks the first completion of the legally required master plan update process since 1981, in accordance with RSA 674:2 and RSA 674:3, which direct every municipality in New Hampshire to prepare and periodically update a master plan at least every five years to guide long-term development, land use, and community goals.
